Over The Years Vasiliou Homes Has Been Honored With Numerous Awards For Our Distinctive Craftsmanship

For the third year in a row Vasiliou Homes received awards in every category judged in the Saratoga Builders Association 2007 Showcase of Homes. A winding drive deep into the woods leads to our 2007 Showcase House - Tanryc at water's edge. With the Hudson River serving as the backdrop, Tanryc at water's edge is private, protected, and worlds away from everyday life. Drawing inspiration from the cottages scattered along the English countryside, the exterior of our 2007 Showcase House features a variety of textures and finishes. Tanryc was honored with first place awards for Best Interior Floor Plan and Best Interior Design. Runner-Up awards were received for Best Kitchen, Best Exterior Architectural Design, and Best Landscaping.

For the third year in a row Vasiliou Homes was honored with the People's Choice Award for a home under $600,000 in the Saratoga Builders Association annual Showcase of Homes. All attendees who view each of the ten (10) homes entered in the Showcase of Homes vote for their favorite home. Once again, Vasiliou Homes received the most votes! Indeed, we are thankful for the positive feedback we received from all those who attended this year's Showcase of Homes.

More than 4,000 people attended this year's Showcase of Homes hosted by the Saratoga Builder's Association. Any attendee visiting all nine (9) homes entered in the competition was eligible to vote for their favorite home on the tour. This year Vasiliou Homes received the people's vote as the favorite home under $700,000. We thank all those that voted our Showcase Home as their favorite and hope to continue our streak next year...

Once again, Vasiliou Homes entry in the Saratoga Builders Association Showcase of Homes was recognized with numerous awards. Vasiliou's entry in the 2006 Showcase of Homes received four first place awards for Best Architectural Exterior, Best Interior Floor Plan, Best Interior Decorating, and Best Workmanship. Three runner-up awards were received in the Best Landscaping, Best Bathroom, and Best Kitchen categories. In addition, Vasiliou Homes received the People's Choice Award for a Home Under $700,000.

In September 2005 Vasiliou Homes submitted it's first entry into the Saratoga Builders Association Showcase of Homes, marking the first time a woman builder has participated in the eleven year competition. Vasiliou Homes' entry, Kiliaen at Rivercrest, was a resounding success garnering nine awards by the Showcase of Homes judges. The awards were for Best Architectural Exterior Design, Best Interior Floor Plan, Best Kitchen, Best Bathroom, Best Bedroom, Best Interior Decorating, Best Unique Feature, Best Workmanship, and the People's Choice Award.

Capping a stunning debut in the 2005 Saratoga Builders Association Showcase of Homes, Vasiliou Homes was honored with the People's Choice Award. This award is based upon votes by attendees who toured all homes entered in the competition. More than 4,000 people attended this year's Showcase of Homes and voted for their favorite homes.
